I am an existing customer in Vancouver, WA (98661) currently on a discontinued "Connect More" plan paying $69/mo.

I am an existing customer in Vancouver, WA (98661) currently on a discontinued "Connect More" plan paying $69/mo.

I own my own Arris S33 (DOCSIS 3.1) and a 2.5 Gbps router, so I am fully hardware-compatible with the current Olympic promotion.

I would like to move to the 1.2 Gig / $50 / 5-Year Price Guarantee plan that includes Unlimited Data. Since today is the final day of this promotion, I am requesting assistance to apply this to my existing account to avoid exploring local fiber options.

Please advise on the Modmail/Direct Message process to finalize.

@user_p1qi26

I moved your post to the area where you're most likely to get help from an official employee.

However, I will tell you that the promotion you're posting about is for new customers only.

I am not a Comcast Employee.

Hello @user_p1qi26 I would be more than happy to help you look for a new promotion for your account. The pricing that you are looking for unfortunately is for new customers at this time, however I will be happy to see what plans we do have to offer you at the moment. How does that sound?

To begin, would you mind sending me your name and the address to your account in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
