I also received a cancellation email which I never made.

I received a voicemail and an email saying I wanted my service cancelled but I never made a request.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we do apologize for any inconvenience. As a customer myself I would not be happy if I received a notification for cancellation that I did not request. Let's get this resolved for you go ahead and send me a direct message including your name and complete service address to get started

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

    • Click "Sign In" if necessary

    • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
    • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
