user_khne67, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. It can take a little time for your equipment to get back into the inventory. I had returned a modem and a few weeks later received a text that it still needed to be returned. It did get removed from my account and I was not charged for it. Allow a few weeks, but let us know if it goes any further than that.
