I almost lost my job

I missed 6 hours of work almost losing my job Due to the internet being down and the internet was going in and out the next two days while I was working. I’ve been with this company for over two years and they tell me I can only get $3-$10 off my bill when I lost more money while the internet was down I’m so upset I’m thinking about switching because they still want me to pay when I lost more money with the internet being down and this my first time asking for a credit and I feel this is very unfair
