Hurricane Beryl: Need Accurate internet restoration ETA
Power was restored to our area on 7/9, we haven't had Internet since the hurricane made landfall on 7/8. The app has had the same status since the Internet went out: "Severe weather," "Under Investigation," restoration "As soon as possible". I work remotely, and need an accurate ETA on when my internet service will be restored. I can't get through to customer service via phone, and the assistant chatbot just parrots the same status from the app. I just need an accurate ETA onservice restoration.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
