Hurrican Laura outage

our service has been out since 8/27 due to a downed line at our house. I have tried for days to get someone on the phone to report the issue. Tonight the "outage"was restored but could not find signal to the house...THATS BECAUSE THE LINE IS ON THE GROUND! Tried calling to report, but scheduling is miraculously closed and with it being the Labor Day weekend I dare say will be open before Tuesday!! VERY UPSET!!
