Hung up on!!

This company is the worst. They get new users locked in at a cheap price for the first year. Then they continuously raise your bill ever so much every year until it's astronomical. when you call and ask for a lower monthly payment they have nothing to offer you. I've been a customer for almost four years with this happening tonight I came home to my internet being shut off because I could not pay the astronomical monthly fee this month. So I called them around 8:55 to talk to a lady and she just transferred me over to disconnection services and said I'd be on hold for about 10 minutes. So I'm sitting here on my phone waiting to lower and disconnect my cable and internet bill because it's astronomical. Unbeknownst to me after about 5 minutes of being on hold the telephone shuts off and says oh our customer service line closes at 9:00 p.m. so goodbye. This was not explained to me with the first representative that I'd be put on hold and then just hung up on. So I'm extremely dissatisfied and disgusted with this company right now.
