Hulu/Disney +/HBO Max Activation Issues

Theres no link under Status to activate my Hulu, Disney+, and HBO Max accounts. I have no idea how to update or link my current accounts to bill through xfinity. I’ve called and spoke to customer service and they weren’t able to fix it.
