Hulu
Last time we signed up for Hulu, we got charged by Hulu directly and we also got a Hulu charge on our Xfinity bill. I absolutely do not want to have that happen again or I will have to cancel Hulu again like we did last time. Can you please make sure that we get charged by Xfinity Hulu?

@user_6uocno I'm happy to take a look and confirm if Hulu is being billed by Xfinity, you may also want to reach out to Hulu to confirm that they will not be charging you directly. We can only confirm if we will be charging you. Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
