Hulu subscription

Can’t cancel Hulu billed through Xfinity. Have talked to 7 different people and no one could help. I have tried to cancel through my flex box but it says that I don’t have any subscriptions. Have tried to cancel though Hulu but they say I have to go through Xfinity. Hulu says it is a Xfinity problem, Xfinity says it is a Hulu problem. Please help
