Huge jump in internet plan price? Please explain.

It sounds like your promotional discount has ended, and your new rate without the discount applied is $104.00. Your PDF bill does show the end date for your promotion. If you check out page 3 on your last month's bill, before the increase in green, it will say it includes a discount of $$$ that will end on and provide a date. Customers should be reviewing their bill on a regular basis to ensure the accuracy and to keep track of when those discounts end. Since we do provide that notice on your bill each month, no additional notice is sent out.
