HUGE BEEHIVE

Hello, we have tried to contact customer service a few times now about this issue. There is a large beehive inside of a cable box on <Edited: Personal Information>. They are inside and outside of the box and it’s preventing people from walking by Also at night time they are starting to fly over to my property which is becoming very dangerous. someone needs to get out here as soon as possible thank you.

Hello, user_1sqauw! Thank you for alerting us to the beehive in our box. We are glad to get a visit set up to address that. All of our technicians carry bee spray. Please send us a direct message with your full name and the address where the bees are located to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Xfinity support, thank you for getting back to me. I saw that the technicians carry bee spray and that’s great but this is going to require someone that knows what they’re doing. This cable box outside is swarming with bees, the hive has to be cut, sealed & relocated, so this needs to be someone qualified to handle this. I will be contacting customer service today because the cable box itself is not at anyone’s residence it’s on a sidewalk against a wooden fence with wires and the bees are going to eat right through it.

Can you please send a direct message with your full name and address so that we can put in a ticket to have that pedestal looked at and take care of that bee hive? You are right we need to make sure that is handled properly for everyone safety.
