Hpw do i get a live person on chat?

I can not talk right now so I am trying to use xfinity's ai thing. It keeps telling me I have no Intetnet Plan when I ask why my speeds are slow. When i ask for a live person it does not direct me to one it just pops up a menu. I just want a live person on chat does anyone know how to get to them?

I am sorry to hear that you were not able to successfully receive help for this concern over chat. My team is here to support you and would be more than happy to further troubleshoot these slow speeds with you. 

 

For troubleshooting purposes, when did you first start to experience the slow speeds? Are you experiencing slow speeds on all your devices? Also, are you running into these slow speeds when connected to Wi-Fi, directly connected to the modem with an Ethernet cable, or both?
