How/Where do I submit a complaint about an online support chat agent?

My week has been full of chats with support agents, but this most recent one I had today takes the cake for blatant deceptive engagement with getting me to signup for a new plan and had complete disregard for anything I had said. Conveniently just as the conversation came to an end the Internet goes momentarily and I was left unable to download the transcript (and still can't), but I took a picture of the convocation instead.
