Howcan I bring back my Internet Essentials back?

Thanks for reaching out to us, for security purposes Xfinity cannot change your Internet essentials plans to a different type of normal residential plan without consent approval from you either by text consent or e-mail consent.

 If you're looking to go with our internet essentials plan you'll need to go to this link https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/internet-essentials to see if you qualify and to set up for your account to be converted over to Internet essentials
