The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_vdikn2! Thanks for posting your question about accessing Netflix when it's part of your Xfinity residential service(s) plan. You've come to the right place! Our team is awesome to work with because we'll do everything we can to help :)

It's great that you have Netflix as part of your Xfinity package, and it's already linked on your X1 device! To watch Netflix on your cellphone or computer, you'll simply use the standard Netflix app or website.

Here's how it generally works:

1. Identify your Netflix Account Details:

- Since your Netflix is linked to your Xfinity X1, the easiest way to find the associated Netflix email address is through your X1 box.

- On your X1 TV, launch the Netflix app.

- Navigate to the Settings or Get Help section within the Netflix app.

- Look for "Account Email" or similar information. This is the email address linked to your Netflix account through Xfinity.

2. Access Netflix on your Computer:

- Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.).

- Go to www.netflix.com.

- Click on "Sign In."

- Enter the email address and password you identified in step 1. If you don't know the password, there should be an option for "Forgot Password" on the Netflix login page. Use the email address from step 1 to reset it.

3. Access Netflix on your Cellphone:

- Download the Netflix app from your phone's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play Store for Android).

- Open the Netflix app.

- Tap on "Sign In."

- Enter the email address and password you identified in step 1.

Important Notes:

- You are using a standard Netflix account: Even though it's billed through Xfinity, you're essentially getting a regular Netflix subscription. You won't be using the Xfinity Stream app to watch Netflix on your phone or computer. You'll use the dedicated Netflix app or website.

- Activation through X1 is key: The initial linking of your Netflix account to your Xfinity package usually happens by launching the Netflix app on your X1 box and following the prompts. It sounds like you've already done this.

- Password Reset: If you can't remember your Netflix password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the Netflix login page (either on the website or app) with the email address linked to your Xfinity account.

- Xfinity Stream vs. Netflix app: The Xfinity Stream app is for watching Xfinity TV content. Netflix's content is accessed directly through the Netflix platform.

Once you log in with your Netflix credentials, you should have full access to Netflix's library on your computer and cellphone, just like any other Netflix subscriber. Let us know if this helps!
