How to use $1 movie rental offer
My account was recently upgraded to diamond status and I want to use the $1 movie rental offers clearly listed as a benefit perk. When I access the benefit portal, I do not see this perk. How do I get it?

Hello @user_1nwepv, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry for the confusion. I know how exciting it is to get new Diamond rewards, and it can be frustrating when a perk you’re expecting doesn’t show up where it should. Xfinity Rewards benefits do expire, and the available perks are updated frequently. Membership perks are added every Thursday, so what shows up can vary from week to week. To view the perks currently available to you, you’ll need to sign in to your Xfinity account and check the Rewards section. If a specific reward has expired, it will no longer be redeemable for perks. I've also attached an article on Xfinity membership FAQs
