How to transfer ownership of my account to someone else?
I visited Xfinity store to transfer ownership of my account to someone else's name. They asked me to call 8882662278. No agent attends the call and I am redirected to AI bots.
Can someone help me in transferring my account to someone else's name?
I have tried adding new family member and then transferring to him the primary rights, but it directs me to page saying I have a payment scheduled and cannot proceed further. I made pre-payment and tried again, still the same message "I have a payment scheduled".
