How to Transfer Account to Different Person
I have moved out of my apartment and wish for my roommate to take over my xfinity account for internet. The website says to "contact us" to get the account transfer form, but none of the options in contact us can get me in touch with a human who can give me this form. I am very frustrated that xfinity doesn't provide a way to communicate with an actual person because the AI chat bot has been very unhelpful.
Here is the page I have been referencing: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-ownership-change

Hello, @user_y3anrr thank you for taking time out of your day to reach out over Xfinity Forums. I appreciate the information you have provided, it's helpful to know what steps you have already attempted. From experience, the only form online currently is for bereavement support which has a link on the frequently asked questions document: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/change-account-ownership.
I'm sorry to hear of the frustration you experienced when trying to use the automated chat, and I wanted to assure you that you've reached out to the right place to get a request opened for a change of ownership. I can open a ticket to get the process started, and since I will need to gather some information to locate your account which we don't want here in our public conversation. When you have time please send a direct message:
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
