HOW TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON

Your customer service is absolutely ridiculous being that there’s NONE. 
I need to transfer my service to a new address  and am unable to because I need to talk to somebody but I’ve spent 30 minutes trying to get an agent with no success. 
if I can’t get ahold of xfinity why bother continuing service ?? 
I’ll find somebody else .
