How to talk to a live customer service representative

I was on the phone a couple of months ago with an actual person about new offers for my internet plan.  There was not anything to switch to that would keep my costs the same so I had to accept the price increase. The representative said they would give me a one time $100 VISA gift card as an incentive. Of course, right when we were going to get that completed we were disconnected. I haven't received anything and would like to talk to someone to make sure I get it. Every time I call there are no options for something like this. When they send me a link to "chat" with the automated bot it does nothing to help either. How can I talk to an actual person again?
