How to talk to a human being

If you want to talk to a human being and not be transferred indefinitely from text messages to bot threaten to cancel. Once I wanted to cancel I got a human English speaking customer service rep in 30 seconds. What a way to waste 2 hours of my life. Terrible company and terrible service, no amount of deals is going to get me to do business with you people.

I have been notified that my comcast email account will be closed if I do not update it by tomorrow. I have been recovering from heart surgery and have not been paying attention to my email. user_1jb85w I would recommend to call into customer service, and request to be transferred to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team as they can help you with your email concerns.
