How to stop/prevent service Cancellation?

I received an email informing me that Xfinity is cancelling my service and that it is being cancelled at my request.  I did not request service cancellation.  I want to continue using Xfinity internet.  How to prevent cancellation that I did not request.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_cd2861 This usually happens when a new customer is trying to set up services at an already existing address. Our system things that the cureent customer (you in this case) is moving or canceling due to the new account order. Sometimes new customers get their new address wrong, but we can still help you remove this disconnect order.
