How to stop duplicate Xfinity emails to account personal email address?
In My Account at Xfinity.com, I have designated both a preferred email address and a personal email address. Under Communication & Ad Preferences, email alerts are set up for only my preferred email address. Until recently, I’d been receiving Xfinity email (bill notifications, security notices, etc.) only at my preferred email address. However, a few months ago, I started receiving duplicates of the Xfinity emails also to my personal email address.
One Comcast support rep suggested I remove my personal email address. A second rep told me to mark as SPAM the Xfinity emails to the personal email address. Both these options seem like overkill.
How do I stop duplicate Xfinity emails to my personal email address?
