how to speak with actual person

I need to chat with an actual person. I have been getting the run around for over 30 minutes. I called and was on hold for 15 minutes. Can I please just chat with someone real? This shouldn't be this hard !!

I just turned on a msnow and it is not going through. It states that I need a subscription. So, I need to upgrade to watch the news?
