How to speak to a living person?
This website is truly dismal. After moving I had to switch addresses and attempted to contact Comcast. They shut me out of my account and disabled my number from being found in their system even though I still get confirmations. I really wanted to get Xfinity at my new place but it is literally impossible to talk someone because I dont have my account number and Xfinity has disabled my app from loading that information. Does anyone know how I can at least return my equipment? Its unfortunate that I have to go to Verizon, but Im plenty happy to after todays failures. I just dont want Comcasat coming after me because of this box.
