How to schedule tech support visit

I just installed a new modem after a few weeks of internet service that was off more than it was on.  My tv's were working for a day with the new modem but stopped yesterday and none of them are now working.  I do still have internet, just no tv service.  I went through all of the troubleshooting yesterday and was directed to box up all of my tv equipment and they would get me to someone who could schedule a tech support visit but then I got a message saying they were having technical issues.  My equipment is now all boxed up and I have no idea how to schedule a tech support visit--can someone please help?
