How to respond to the email sent by Xfinity/Medallia?

I have had some unpleasant and wasteful interactions with Xfinity in the past few months. I have provided feedback as well. I receive these follow-up emails about my feedback to the survey and that the person tried to call me but they don't. They are just making it up. There is no way to know if this is a phishing attempt. I also received a voicemail (from 888-266-2278) asking to call back at [Edited: "Unknown Phone Number"] but that number is not functional. The email looks like this:
"My name is xxxxx and I work in Customer Experience at Comcast. I want to thank you for completing our survey about your recent interaction with us.  It sounds like we didn’t meet your expectations, and I apologize for falling short.

I attempted to reach you a few minutes ago by phone. Your feedback is very important to us and is essential to helping us continually improve the Xfinity experience for customers like you. Please feel free to respond directly to this email with any additional details on how we might be able to improve your overall experience.

Thank you for being an Xfinity customer.

Kindly,
xxxxx

If Xfinity doesn't want to follow-up for more details, why the false act of customer service?

So is this email legit: noreply@app.medallia.com with [Edited: Personal Information] asking me to respond to the email with this email address?

Great question @psrk-usr5825! If you are receiving these emails in your Xfinity email inbox, there is always a verified email logo as mentioned in this article here.
