How to request a tech to look at cable entry point?

I'd like to request that a tech come onsite to see if the cable entry point to the house can be moved. What is the process to request this?

We can schedule a tech to come out.  As a friendly reminder when the issue is not related to our service or equipment there’s a $100 fee for the tech to come out.
