Hello, @user_z43rjn. Thanks for reaching out over our Community Forums. The best team to reach in regard to fraud, or theft is our Customer Security Assurance Team (CSA). They can be reached at 888-565-4329, 7 days a week, 8:00am - 12:00am EST.

Called the number, they just transferred me to 'customer solutions' then to 'fraud' then to 'tech support', then send tech out (maybe)

@user_z43rjn Thanks for the update. Usually the CSA team will submit a report to our local teams for an investigation. We can check to see if a service order has been open to your location to have that line checked out. Please send us a direct message if you would like us to help track this for you. 

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:
