How to report line down

I still have service. After a major storm, the line from the pole to the house is laying on the ground. I know crews are working in the area, but since I still have service I'm afraid they won't know. Is there a way to report this situation? TYIA.

Hello user_dqiqfo! Yes, you have come to the right place to have someone submit a request for the local teams, so they are aware of the down line. I'm happy that your service has not been impacted. I know that would be my first concern, but another big concern is if the line creating any type of hazard, or crossing a driveway or sidewalk? 

Please send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there we will open a request with the area technicians to have someone out asap to get that line raised again. 

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
