Hey, @user_5fb81w! Thank you so much for taking the time to create this post and bring that outside equipment concern to our attention. That's definitely something we'd like to help you address as quickly as possible. Customers and non-customers alike can typically submit that type of request through the Xfinity Assistant. Have you tried that yet, by chance?

Could u help to refer it to an agent through "direct message" ?

"Xfinity Assistant" which powered by "AI" chatbot does seem to know how to handle it ....

Sure, @user_5fb81w! We can take a closer look :) I see that you've already sent us a DM. Please just note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our Forums guidelines. You must first create your own public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference, and I look forward to assisting you further. We'll reply to your direct message momentarily.

Sorry, not knowing that . thought that's the direct channel for Xfinity exiting account holders to contact to live agent.
