How to report bad tech agent
I just had a tech stop by for his scheduled appointment. He didn't know anything. Was here less than 10 mins. Wouldn't walk back up the stairs to check anything. Just looked up and said "should be working now" and left. It's not working. He scheduled a new appointment for tomorrow morning. He just didn't want to walk back up the stairs. He didn't do anything. I waited two days for this [Edited: "Language"] appointment and now have to be around for another one. Just pathetic service.
