How to report a pushy rude specialist?

Hello I wanted to know, how to report a specialist who was being really pushy & rude? I also still have the transcript of the conversation.

Hello, I also had a very negative experience with a chat agent. I have my transcript saved, and did not have the option to report after the convo ended. How do I submit a written complaint?

I am signed in but do not see a chat icon on the top right corner of the page. The only options are: Email, xfinity stream, xfinity home, xfinity wifi, voice, and xfinity mobile.
