How to report a problem with a specific public outdoor Xfinity Wifi hotspot?

There is a specific public outdoor Xfinity Wifi hotspot that I would like to report a problem with.

To be clear, this is not my personal/home router nor is it anyone else's.

It's a public hotspot that is outdoors and I can see it with my own eyes hanging from the cable on the utility pole in the white box like all the others.

This particular hotspot is operating (broadcasting the "xfinity" and "xfinitywifi" SSIDs)  with a strong signal, but connections to it fail.

Specifically, connections fail when trying the "xfinity" SSID with EAP-TTLS/Passpoint / Hotspot 2.0 authentication.   This is when I am positioned right below it.

It is not an issue with my client device, which works fine at other similar public outdoor hotspots nearby to the one in question.

What is the proper way to report this issue?

Hi @scootley you have reached the right team and we can create a work order for that damaged box to be addressed. We do have to send the team some information on the location of the repair. Please send a direct message with your name:

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.

@XfinityDaisy Thanks.  I've sent a DM with details on the location of the hotspot to "Xfinity Support"
