How to report A community Expert

Was trying to get an explanation on a problem I was having with my attempt to get Xfinity Essentials, when this Person from Xfinity Customer Expert department, sends me a very nasty message basically accusing me of being stupid and lying, This person had only half the pertinent information, was coming to his own conclusions and then had the edacity to send me a message insulting me, then after I made them look ridiculous for acting like they did, they told me they had reported me to the administrator. I hope they included the message they originally sent me. Their screen name ia "Again" This person shows no respect for the person they are claiming to help, and has no business being in that position.

Thanks JeffB, much obliged for the response. wouldn't be complaining, but didn't appreciate being jumped on right from the get-go, when the person didn't even have the complete info.
