Hi there, codshi. Good morning! Sorry to hear your speed tier changed without you being aware. Normally you would need to accept an approval link via email or text message, in order for us to change your speed. Otherwise, it may have been upgraded for free in your area. Either way, we can help! Which speed tier are you looking to go back down to?
