(How + to + reinstall + the + Perplexity + Pro + software from Xfinity)

After restarting my PC the free for 1 year Perplexity Pro installation, provided by Xfinity as a perk to Platinum members and others, doesn't start. What is the fix?

The link goes to a blank page and the code doesn't work. Can't get "service" from Xfinity or from Perplexity.

user_5k7110  You might try clearing your cache, and cookies. Also, try another browser, or using a private browsing mode.
