How to reach out service center via email

Last Wed., I got a messege as below:

Your Xfinity order has been confirmed and will be ready for pickup soon.

But no further actions have been proceed. My order had been completed correctly? When will my pickup be prepared? I want to inquire about it via email with a PERSON; but only chat-bot answered to me. Even it cant answer correctly. Please let me know email address or other way to contact the service center (except phone call). Thank you

Hello there! Sadly, there is no way to contact the service centers directly. We do have direct lines for our customer support via 1-800-XFINITY, but we can also look up your account and order on our end. Please feel free to send us a DM with your name and address for further assistance. 

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the “chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

thank you for reply. In third step, new messege is not activated. It appears gray one and I can't click it. What shall I do?

Regrettably the "pencil and paper" icon is a pale grey that is active even though it does not look active. If a circle-slash appears when you try to select the "pencil and paper" icon it means that DMs are disabled in your user Profile. To re-enable them you'll need to go to your Profile Settings, clear the "Opt Out from Direct Messaging" checkbox, click Save, and try again.
