How to reach customer service?
Hi - I have an issue with my cablecard in TiVo has become unpaired. So far I have tried the self-install page, but the link does not work for me. I tried calling, but the automated system said to use the chat bot and hung up on me. I tried saying my issue to the chatbot, but it does not understand my problem. I asked for an agent an hour ago and no one has responded. I do not know what to do or how to get ahold of anyone. Without an active cablecard, my TiVo is useless. How do I get my cablecard paired again?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (top right corner)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
