How To Reach A Live Representative
Is there any way to reach a live representative other than going through the better Business bureau? I was hoping to avoid doing that again but if necessary I will reach out to them. The last time this happened someone from Comcast contacted me in under 2 hours. At any other company that response rate would be deplorable but this is Comcast we're talking about and by their standards I guess that's pretty good.
At any rate, is there a way to reach alive representative other than going through the better Business bureau? I just need to confirm an issue regarding auto payment.
Pretty amazing that you can't even reach a live representative to discuss something that simple.
