How to provide both positive and negative feedback to Comcast?
There doesn't seem to be any easy or obvious way to send a complaint or praise regarding service...or in my case...an experience in an Xfinity store. I will write a letter to corporate if I have to, but there has got to be an easier way!!!!

Hello, @swilson317a. I am very sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience when you visited the Xfinity store. We are the corporate Digital Care team. We are able to take your feedback, get it to the proper channels, and ensure this is looked into.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and service address to Xfinity Support. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Also: The "contact me" link on https://www.xfinity.com/hub/customer-experience/xfinity-customer-care-update might be worth a try.

So you have 24 hour support for help. When you click on chat, nice message " we are unavailable " comes up, sitd is not up!!!!!!!
