how to notify Xfinity of a safety issue
One of your equipment covers was removed, set aside, and not replaced after work was completed. The UPS (uninterruptible power supply) batteries and controls are exposed to the elements and passersby. Please send someone to replace the cabinet door. The options that I have to choose from below (red *) are not relevant to this situation.
The cabinet is located on the east side of N Rim Trail in Marana, AZ 85658 (between W River Trail and W Tanner Trail).
