How to leave review for agent?

Hi! I was just helped to resolve an issue via chat by agent Jagruti. They said I would get a review link after leaving the chat but I didn't. And I want to make sure they get recognized for their efforts, professionalism, and kindness. Xfinity people get a hard time but this agent was magnificent and embodies the definition of amazing customer service. How can I leave a review?

The worst and most deceitful monopoly of lying thieves. They lie to you to sell their dishonest agents. They tricked me, and because I had to move, I canceled my contract and they want to charge me $221. They threaten me and never help, and their customer service is terrible. Since there's no other service in my area, they take advantage of people.😡😡😡😡😡
