how to i upgrade from peacock premium to peacock premium plus. I have the StreamSaver package.

I have tried the directions given to upgrade, but they do not work. I think it is because the online directions are for if you just signed up for Peacock by itself, instead of as part of the StreamSaver package.

I use a Comcast cable box.

Do this: xfinity.com/activate-peacock

If you CALL 800-COMCAST, it will tell you to go to xfinity.com/activatenow, which will lead you to a 'PAGE NOT FOUND'
