How to I speak to a real comcast person on the phone about lowering my bill
I've wasted over 45 minutes at 1-800-934-6489 but no matter what options I choose, I cannot get to a real person.

The Xfinity Plan builder allows you to check offers and customize your plan to fit your needs and budget. Our team would be happy to help review cost-saving options too.

The Xfinity Plan builder DOES NOT WORK!  All it shows me is what my current plan is - and it asks if I want to add Xfinity Mobile.  I have NO OTHER OPTIONS to "build" another plan to compare prices.  XFinity Assistant is useless too unless you're asking basic questions.  Typical Xfinity... bad customer service all the way around.  I guess I'll have to spend an hour at the local Xfinity office to cancel my services with them.  Luckily I have other options in my area.

@user_9mdhg3​ Hi, like I said I called 1-800-934-6489 and no matter what options I choose I can never get to speak to an actual person. What options do I select.

I tried the xfinity-plan builder but it is not answering my questions, this is so time consuming and frustrating.

it has been 10 days I have yet to be able to speak with anyone at comcast
