How to get Xfinity to rebury coax . I've been waiting since May 29 2026 when a Manager inspected the coax and told me it would be corrected

"An Xfinity manager came to my property in Woodburn, OR in May 2026, inspected my shallowly buried coax (1 inch deep under gravel/flower beds), and explicitly confirmed it required a complete drop-bury correction. I was promised a 6-week turnaround and never heard back. I called customer service today and was given a generic 3-5 day window. This line is actively blocking my property maintenance and fence installation. I need a Corporate Digital Care manager to look up my account, find the May 2026 field notes, and schedule an immediate Drop Bury Correction."

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_wcvbrf. I completely understand your frustration, especially after having the line inspected in May and being told a correction was needed, only to still be waiting months later. I also understand this is now affecting your ability to move forward with your property maintenance and fence installation. I’d like to take a closer look at the account and any existing notes or requests related to the drop bury so we can determine the appropriate next step. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look.
