How to get to a live person at Comcast to resolve all issues!!!
Comcast/Xfinity has the worse customer service. There chat line is automatic and doesn't answer questions. They need a live 24/7 customer service line. I have been trying to get online without any luck to correct information and review billing. They have messed up our billing multiple times. NOW, all I want to do is cancel my internet service and go to another better company with better prices and service. HELP!!!!
