How to get my xFi Pods?

I purchased the Xfi Complete package and set up without much issues. However I didn't receive any of the pods that were advertised. I have an extremely weak connection in my basement, which is crucial area of my home as a few family members of work from home and the primary workspace is in the basement.

@user_medupa We'd love to make sure you receive the equipment if eligible. You must have Gig, Gigabit Extra and Gigabit x2 as a qualifying speed to receive the xFi Pods under the WiFi Boost Guarantee. 

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for WiFi Boost Guarantee, you’ll need to:

  • Subscribe to Xfinity Internet in an eligible area with Gig, Gigabit Extra or Gigabit x2 speed plans.*
  • Lease a compatible gateway.
  • Download and activate the Xfinity app. 
  • Have an account that’s in good standing.

Once you have checked these off the list, you can use the Xfinity app then go to WiFi > Troubleshoot > Test your whole home network.
