How to get my new Xfinity cable buried

I am having substantial difficulty getting my new Xfinity cable buried. They came out last week to bury it but could not do so because the yard had not been marked. I received an email that this service was to be performed yesterday since the yard is now marked and no one called or showed up. I have tried calling customer service 7 times and they have not been helpful or able to get this task completed.  This is important to me because I need to be home when the work is done because I have 2 dogs. The cable is a safety hazard because it goes in front of my fence gate and is a tripping hazard. Please help getting this task completed.  Please send me a Direct Message link so that this can be resolved.

Hello and thank you for creating this post to get started, @user_szns4r! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had getting that line buried, and I'd love to see what our team can do to help. First, may I ask if you've already attempted to have a ticket created for this request, via our Xfinity Assistant? Both customers and non-customers alike can often submit burial orders that way, and I want to see if that's something you can try (unless you have already).
